Welcome to Springfield Mobile Physical Therapy! We offer mobile outpatient physical therapy services in the Eugene-Springfield area, primarily at patients' homes. Unlike in home health PT, patients do not need to be homebound to receive our services. Mobile PT bridges the gap between home health services and the traditional outpatient clinic setting, and increases access to PT.

TREATMENT FOCUS

Our treatment focus is on encouraging patient independence. We empower patients with the necessary knowledge to help heal from their injuries, manage their pain, and initiate the needed behavior changes to address their pain and mobility issues successfully and sustainably. We see physical therapy as an important step in the patient's journey toward better movement and quality of life, and we always work closely with other members of the care team to best facilitate this individual journey.

Treatments include but are not limited to: AROM/PROM, balance training, caregiver eduction, cardiopulmonary conditioning, edema mobilization, endurance, gait training, home exercise programs, joint mobilization, myofascial release, neuromuscular electric stimulation, pain neuroscience education, postural education, strengthening and progressive resistive exercise, stretching, taping, and traction. SPECIAL PROGRAMS

Arthritis

Our osteoarthritis program includes joint-specific stretching and strengthening, aerobic exercise, manual therapy, diet education, pain education, and activity modification when needed.

Injury Prevention

Whether your patient is struggling with recurring LBP or multiple knee injuries, we offer evidence-based injury prevention programs. As part of mobile PT, we come to a patient's home, workplace, or gym.

Canalith Repositioning

We perform canalith repositioning maneuvers for BPPV in the patient's home and provide follow-up care as needed. Mobile visits are ideal for patients with acute dizziness, as they are often unable or unsafe to drive.

Post-Surgical Rehab

We offer in-home rehab for all common surgeries. This is especially ideal after joint replacements, when patients still have high pain levels and are often unable to drive due to medications or precautions.

Fall Prevention

Our fall prevention program includes balance retraining, functional strengthening, a home safety check, and DME training. In-home therapy is ideal for fall prevention, especially for those at very high risk of falling.

Wheelchair Assessment

Do you have a patient with a decline in mobility or outdated DME/CRT? Finding a wheelchair clinic can be difficult and transportation is often challenging for patients, making an in-home assessment ideal.

INSURANCE

Mobile physical therapy services are covered by most insurances. We are currently in network with Regence BCBS, Pacific Source, Providence, OHP, Medicare, and Medicare supplemental plans. We also welcome all MVA insurances. If your patient has a different insurance, we can help them get reimbursed for your physical therapy.

The DPT Advantage

Our providers are Doctors of Physical Therapy. This means that even if your patient or client came to us via direct access, they will always be examined by a practitioner trained in differential diagnosis who thoroughly assessed their appropriateness for PT.
